From vin number 7A 2007 it should be the second one, but they changed type within that year

is located by the back of ur front wheel, can see it if u look through ur front wheelarch, always best to check as it only takes a few minutes and saves u having the wrong filter sent

Mann filters are good, don’t ever be tempted to buy cheap filters on these as they can cause a lot of issues

Now I'm bloody worried. I have oil, air, fuel and pollen filters to go on mine on Saturday. Haven't compared to the old ones yet.
 
Plus if I may say , plse ensure the timing belts and also extremely important the oil pump cover has been done

Indeed the older original oil pump cover have a weak casing which can and do snap , wanted to at least give u a heads up if u wasn’t aware of this issue

There’s pics of mine on here somewhere from when I 1st had my p38. Be careful with the pollen filters the plastic can be brittle - I cleaned mine out and made difference was loads old dust/foam in there.

Diffs and transmission make difference too.

According to the maintenance book the belt was made 65 000 km by land rover. But I have no details of what was done except a "distributieriem"
