yea, it shouldnt be a huge deal - just keep an eye on it i reckon, if it gets worse then dont carry on

only reason i am debating is because i am in wales and it would mean leaving 6ish in the morning

Well Kai and I will be giving it a miss tomorrow I am afraid. Thrust bearing on the dosco has chosen this weekend to completely give up.

Seriously hoping to be back working again nefore xmas so boxing day +1 is looking hopeful.

Don't fancy doing the clutch ourselves... If it was summer maybe but me back would not allow me to spend enough time under the motor and Kai is not quite at that standard yet.

Anyone know of anywhere cheap for me to take the motor for the work to be done? I reckon on providing the parts and just paying for labour.

You could ask Kris300tdi, not sure how much he has on ?
