So after being be motivated by RobP's post I thought I would venture under the wings of my newly acquired disco. Should of just gone out :).
Have ordered new sills and wheel arches from YRM seem to be a very helpfull company with a good reputation.
Now need to sort an exhaust as the one fitted has had the cats removed and the lambda sensors cut out :( so it runs like a bag of poo.

Mine looked a bit like this...

It don't take long but do your self a massive favor and buy a proper spot weld drill bit, it saved me shed loads of time during the dismantle of the second wing and well worth the spends!!

Be sure to check the top of the foot well too where the plate is spot welded to the foot well as they tend to rot through in that corner too, see here.

Oh yeah, also make a drain hole in the outside edge of the corner at the bulk head and at the light box to let out water and crap that builds up, plenty of seam sealer and jobs a good un' ;)

HSS Cobalt spot weld drill bit set purchased in 6 & 8mm thanks for the advice.
Think I'm being thick, the drain holes are put in either end of the new wheel arch?
