we getting married.(Mary and I).thing is looking for different venue..checked out castles, but at £100000000000000000 or so cant afford them...WILL NOT DO A CHURCH OR REGISTARY OFFICE..

now...we was wondering about a Landy zone wedding??..**** up to be held in a certain field..lol..maybe da wedding too?

really we is...its got a nice house...etc...

I think anything involving the house itself would be very expensive but I guess thats relative and I don't know how that would compare to what you've been looking at.

This sounds a cool idea - I think we as a mad bunch of nutters should rally round our fellow LZers and try our hardest to make this happen!!

Even if the actual real marriage thing needs doing elsewhere, surely we can arrange some LZ related wedding japery - such as BB being an officiator of such japes!

It could be the first wedding request along the lines of 'I need to beg, borrow or scrounge some Landies' that us lot would even entertain.

At least it's not a first post noob this time

I could be the official embarrassing uncle drunk in a corner that everyone hopes won't try and dance that reduced the bride to blind rage by managing to eat half the cake before getting caught.

Probably better not to mention why the bridesmaids ran off in tears......

Brilliant idea… My brother is getting married next year and they're having a 3 day woodland wedding… apparently I have to dress up like a forest fairy/pixie bridesmaid… not sure how i feel about that but still better than a church
