Anyone else used it on their beast?

I've painted it on thinly to see how it goes, with some zinc primer and Kurust on any surface rust i've found but i'm tempted to scrape it off and paint it with chassis black instead.

Not really fussed about the look TBF it's all about rust protection as this RR will be used properly :D

Cheers

I thin a little, it heat it up spray it on hot, it creeps into every nook and cranny, I find it works very well, while I'm at it I spray into any drain holes:D Just done the rust bucket Transit, horrible job but hopefully it will give it a couple more years.

Thanks Data!

Appreciated.

An old man I knew had a mint Mk1 Granada, he used to heat wax oil up in the summer and spray it all underneath. It kept it like new after more than 20yrs but he had to keep cleaning it off and redoing it every few years. It has to be immaculate every time or you seal crud in with it.
I’ve been testing different paints on selected parts underneath my P38 to see how they weather-in. I’ve tried hammerite, floor paint, and bitumen so far. Best finish is the cheap hammerite to be fair (under my rear diff area) but looks cheap on some bits. Bitumen May protect better in long term but best I’ve seen so far is the stuff you used in your thread, I may use some of that then etch-prime a bit and try to find a HD Matt black of some sort

I use stuff called under-body seal with added waxoil ,Its only a fiver a tin a local factors its black n covers well and is made by hammerite ....;):D also comes in clear but iv not used that one...
