Wastegate snapped!

The wastegate pin on my 300tdi defender has snapped off rom the lever in the exhaust manifold. Has anyone tried a repair? I can't find anywhere where it states it can be replaced. At the moment it looks like a new manifold.

If you have trouble, I have a Discovery 300Tdi manifold, don't think they're different, without turbo, but with the wastegate, pin, lever etc. It does have a broken turbo stud in it though which I couldn't bother to remove 'cos when I bought a new (s/h) turbo it came on the manifold ... what's it worth to you?

It's heavy so I'd guess maybe £12.50 (something like that) to post ... Maybe put your location in your details ...

Thanks for that. I haven't a clue what they cost yet as I only took it out Saturday afternoon and everywhere was shut. If they are costly to buy it may be worth drilling it out. I can always arrange courier from my end. If you could give me a price as you probably know more than me, I can do some checking around Monday and get back to you. Heh, a new manifold is £300 + .... second hand about £75+ if you can get one ... I saw them for upwards of £125 when I was looking plus postage!
I'd do it £55 including postage and the wastegate and lever .. it's only sat on my shelf ..
