Hello everyone,
I live 3 hrs away from a Landrover dealership and want to know some info. I was wondering if any of you guys know anything about my problem or are experiencing the problem as well.
I have a 2003 Landrover Freelander. When I start the engine the engine starts just fine. But the Traction Control (TC) and the Hill Decent Control (HDC) failure lights stay lit throughout my drive. The vehicle drives fine but the lights never go out. Sometimes I have noticed that my windshield wipers do not work. Then I turn off the engine and power it back on with the lights still illuminated and then the wipers work. I referred to the owners manual and it states that if these lights stay illuminated at any other time, a fault in the system is indicated. If this occurs consult your Land Rover dealer. To save time and money I was wondering if you guys out there know of any solution. Thanks for your help!
