warning lights disco 2 autobox.

can anywone please help me??? I have a disco 2 v8 auto .started her up to-day and two green lights started flashing on the dash bord,one with the letter M ,the other with the letter S in the middle.The hand book says kontact L.R. staight away.----- living in Norway,this will be take time and off-corse cost a packet just to look at it.Any tips ?

The M and S are the mode variants of the gearbox setting. Try pressing the mode button as it may be sticking or removing the fuse for it and re-inserting it. I had a similiar problem which was due to a low battery and when the battery was recharged the problem stopped,

My Td5 does it sometimes but if i turn it off and start it again it usually goes off sometimes i have to do it a few times though

thanks for your replies---- I took the fuses out,their o.k.,but lights still came on. tried a gain an hour later and she`s well again,I`ve put the battery on charge ,though Idon`t think it`s low,as its only 7months old.Be interesting to see what happens tomorrow,thanks again
