warn winch controller repair

anyone know how to get one of the new warn winch controllers apart? my in buttons packed up and i want to have a go at fixing it, looks like its sealed? pic below

I think it is a sealed unit as there very hard to break unless you drop it in water or mud.

Mine is the all black runner version and its the same. no visable screws.

But i would get a wiring diagram and then bleep out the contacts to make sure before you start trying to cut it apart.
