It'll be real tight with the high chance of damage id have thought on at least two of the lanes.

If it's as tight as they say you may do well to try and take it off, iirc isn't your depender lifted too?

you'll be ok without the rack, my 110 is lifted and no problems other than scratches

I thought i would be ok with my rack on and struggled with a few lanes on the first day, but after advise from those who knew the lanes i removed it for the second which proved the right choice as i wouldnt have got through them.
I had to be carefull with the top of the snorkel on a few occations and ive only got a 2 inch lift.
We took the rack off and left it at saturday nights campsite which ment driving an hour in the opposite direction to home and an extra night at camp on the sunday. Its much easier to remove and refit at home than in a grass field or even worse on a steep slope tangled with trees.

Not sure if head knackered yet, got towed home and it started ok to park it, i'll fit a rad then see how it is

Lifted will possibly get scratched but not badly iunless you're a muppet, and with care will get through everywhere on the route.

A roofrack simply won't make it without going a different route. One place in particular, depends which way we go, is either going up or down a little 2'ish step and around a tree and it's roots at the same time that's in a little gully that's angled so the vehicle leans towards the tree. You can't go further away from the tree 'cos the bank will slide/force you into the tree ...

It looks more hairy than it actually is, especially if you use a good spotter, but anything mounted above cab height would struggle to get through.

That sounds suspiciously like a lane in Wales that bashed my cage and bent my roof rack. To get through it I think the tree sihifted a bit and the suspension compressed

I had a few scratches above gutter height on that lane too, wouldn't get through with a rack on, i have a 2" lift and didn't get anything other than light scratches, must get around to buffing those out (and the ones down both sides)

Got a rattle to fix first, and the spongie brakes, and extend the the breathers, and an oil change, and........lots and lots of other stuff, but i'm off with a fooked back
