Folks, Done loads of offroading but little green laning so trying to get some experience. Thinking about a 2 day--er in Wales or Derbyshire with a organisation like "trailmasters". I know some will take view that you should just go alone but for time being, like views pls on location and any organisational experience. Ta

Your Brave!
Organisations are not er respected nor looked up to on this forum so it seems. If you want to mate you are welcome to join in on the Hertfordshire lanes thread in Greenlaning section, Just say hello we are organising a trip away either North Wales or South Wales it won't cost you a fortune, plenty of good company and plenty of experienced laners/offroaders about if the **** hits the fan (it wont with us and we always look after each other nobody gets left on their own its like our consitution).

When I say it won't cost you a fortune there is no charge lol you just pay for your accomodation and food/fuel for the weekend

Ta, not worried about respect or being looked up to. I have experienced the old timers here, some are a good laugh and provide a measure of teasing with good info, others are frustrated and add little value. Either way, I pick the comments I want the others can "do one". Thanks for input, will have a look

I think we are decideing more info at our next pub meet which is a week Wednesday so will have more info then for you Jai

Hiya not too bad ta,

I really want to do Chapplegate again this year even if its just a day or two up there in Derbyshire that was an awsome day out I'm sure spyderman will be up for it it had that impression on you that lane I can tell you

i will take you on a 2 day tour of Wales for £100 :) you could do worse!

I personally prefer Wales, but did have a good time in the Peaks. Both are excelllent places. Longer lanes in Wales, short ones up north.

We had a cracking weekend up in the Peaks last year.

Well in Warwickshire, there appears to be little to entertain other than occasional lane, nothing significant although some good P&P. Happy to travel so pls let me know any outcomes of your meeting.

Griffdowg - £100, are you that good LOL Keith
