Wales laning trip

For those who has never been on a day or so with Dirty word of advise is
Be prepared for a long day at the saddle!!!

Its great and deffo worth it !!!

right guys soz about lack of info but been busy, still looking at july or september as for the potential dates, been busy checking on various lanes and there status as for the time of year, as wannagetmuddy said previously, yes we do pack a fair bit into a day, and we camp sometimes where we drop, providing its safe to do so, as last year there will prob be a bit of laning in the dark again but as ever i try to plan the route to work for everybody, last yrs trip was a three day trip meant to be four, (last day i did alone as everybody had to be back for work) so this year giving more notice for those to book hols etc. Due to the intrest i am going to take NO more than ten trucks, two groups of five with poss the odd straggler on various days which i may then break groups again numbers pending, leaders for each group will have been out with me before and know whats what corerning laning so should be good, PM me if your deafos for the whole trip others watch this space to find where to meet up for the day or so...

hello, really keen to come along, but would only be for a day or two, along with two kids who really enjoy the landy! please please please can we come too? not done much green laning, but really love off roading, and keen to put our baby through its paces!!

I need to book dates for longer holidays shortly, and have a few weekends already booked for Archery tournaments and caravanning long weekends ..

i know we are going in sept apart from that i cant help

Bugger. Makes it more critical for me then to get holiday dates in quickly. I'm a school caretaker and school starts back in Sept .. so I need to let them know ASAP.

Hi, I just noticed this thread.

A couple of mates are planning to do a welsh trip at the end of Summer.

If I go as well that will be 3 wagons. Unfortunately being from Essex we dont know the welsh routes at all.

Is there some way we could form one of your groups and travel the same routes behind you all, maybe meeting in the evenings?

I am good thanks mate. tis not me organising this trip it is mike 1dirty, who has been having a bit of a rough time lately with his disco being stolen but he did get it back but with damage so not sure a about this trip

I didn't hear about his Disco getting stolen. Glad he got it back, if he needs any bits to get it sorted out i may have what he needs. Got my own workshop now always got stuff in to break up for parts.

i would very much like to come on the trip if is happening in september. im in ireland till then.
