right, i think ive stuffed my vissy fan( wont know till morning for sure when its cooled off!
i changed the water pump, and in order to get the fan off i had to heat the nut.
the fan is now stiff and was stiff when i put it on (it was cold at this point)
is it likely to cause any issues? i know it might use more fuel and it is a bit noisy-er but will it fail and just go loose and stop rotating or will it stay stiff?
when i say stiff, i mean it will turn but there is a grinding sound but the fan will move without turning the pulley! this was with angine hot/normal temp!
