Freelander 2001 V6.

All three orange warning lights on permanently (TC, ABS, HDC. First time after starting and driving off, front LHS wheel locks and sounds like HDC working, even though not on or in low gear.

Also - when HDC switched on from first start up, and 1st gear engaged, HDC works for a short distance (few hundred yards) then green light goes out. Need to switch off and on again to repeat.

As it is 2001 and brake lights work, I am assuming it is not the brake light switch. Have checked all connectors and sensor resistance and are around 1200 -1300 ohms each.

Any ideas before it goes to a diagnostic centre for a reading? Have had intermittent lights for a while, but now permanent !

Thanks, Andrew.

Quick update, tested sensors and o.k. Got a read out on fault reader and stated "intermittant RHS rear sensor". Further investiagtion, ABS ring is loose on end of drive shaft. Ordered new end shaft (CV) - tips on how to fit please? Thanks Andrew
