NO ABS/TC/HD lights on dash

I’m guessing someone had a three amigos problem and decided they don’t want the lights on but I have no idea where to start on getting those lights back onto the dash, to then sort the 3 amigos.

Has anyone come across this before and know what I could possibly check to get these lights back on.

I can see plenty on getting the 3 amigos fixed but nothing if they don’t turn on at all.
