Series 2 V8 exhaust manifold

I am after some advice on the best solution regrading how to adapt the steering box using a Rover v8 in a series 2 as the manifold does not have any clearance.

The manifold is off a discovery 3.9, it sure if I need to use a different manifold set up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
