Hi guys, i'm rebuilding my Snatch and am having hassle trying to figure out which pipes go where on the V8 engine. It runs ok, but when i took off the airbox i found an inline fuel filter with the end pipes cut off, so im guessing its been bypassed at some stage. So any photos of the correct pipe work most welcomed.

Also, there are to thin pipes that run to the carbs and run under the engine towards the rear and these have also been cut. can anyone explain what these are?

Anyway photos or a pictures would be a great help as i cant find any good pictures in the manuals.

Thanks in advance

Storm

v8 armoured 110 4.5 ton depending on armour ,when i worked with them they were used in northern ireland didnt do so well in iraq

if its at the back in the vee behind the air box it will be the crank case breather- its the same part number as the plastic inline fuel filters in some applications. it goes from the pipe right at the back to the fitting on the underneath of the airbox.

the other two hoses , if they are clear plastic they probably are for the air intake warm up flap which is probably defuct by now. mine is and I havnt seen one that isnt :D

if they are black they will be carb overflows but they got forward on mine in a early rrc. I havent seen any that go under the engine!
