I've recently swapped out my thermostat (supprise supprise) and done the manifolds, fuel rail, injectors etc. To resolve a misfire. When doing it I found a connector that wasnt plugged in - its a 5 pin connector with 4 wires that seems to come from directly below the battery holder - it has the number a047 marked on it. My headlights and sidelights are all plugged in and I'm stumped.
The other mystery is whether a pipe is missing from a connector just behind the battery holder and below two coolant pipes. Both pictured.
I've been scouring the rave manual but can't find anything. If anyone can help I owe you a pint.

Forum auto changed my link. Should work now. Its not got cruise control.

It's much better to host the images directly on this forum. This way the images will always be here. ;)

First plug is for the non existent CC so can be ignored. ;)

The pipe you are talking about isn't obvious in the pictures but I think you are talking about the gearbox breather elbow.

Glad the connextor is for something that isn't there. The little connector for the pipe does appear to be on top of the gearbox. Should it have a hose if it's a breather?

If it's on top of the box, then it is the breather.
There's no pipe from the factory but one could be fitted if you like. Just make sure it turns down at the end. ;)
