Without wanting to pry into your personal life too much, Do you actually have an income at this moment in time which will enable you to start paying people back? The reason I ask is that I know that some people that are out of pocket are single parent families or breadline families who are currently without their vehicles and no means to get the repairs done. I'm just trying to help them understand what the sort of timescale that they may expect to see some money in will be. I know and understand that you can't work miracles and magic money from thin air but are we looking at 10 people a week? 1 a week? 1 a month? Just so people have a rough idea.

I really can't answer that at the moment . The last thing i want to do is say something i don't deliver again. No i have no income currently. All the money i had has been lost in this. I'm not going to give a sob storey as its all my fault! But as it is i can't afford to put food on the table let alone refund thousands of pounds. Saying that i will work my arse off until I'm in the position to do so .

Just in case it came over that I was trying to tie you down or railroad you into a corner regarding timescale/dates it wasn't meant that way. Like I say it's more an indication of whether people are likely to be seeing their money in the forseeable future or if we are talking long term future. From the picture you are currently painting it sounds that long term future would be the better description.

I'm assuming that as you have lost your house and business etc it will be hard for people to contact you. Are you going to be retaining an email addy or phone number that people can get hold of you on?

Is there any particular sort of order that you intend sorting refunds out in or is it a kind of first come first served type of affair.

I'm going to ask people that do receive refunds to post on these threads as and when they get them. That way other people can see that you do mean what you say.

Can I also ask LZ members to avoid using the above email addy as a place to send death threats etc. It has been posted as point of contact to help arrange refunds.

It is all in a mess but yes I'm going to try and start from the oldest to newest . Yes i would be great if once received if you could post it here to put some people's mind at ease and burn would be fantastic if anybody who has bought from me before this mess started to come forward to show i am not a con man.
