Hi everyboby,Ive a 1999 reg discovery 2 and ive just had it with the main dealer programing in a new remote keyset.Now three weeks later boath keys wont open or mobilise the car.If i press the open button several times it will click,otherwise i have to enter the emergency key access code which takes 5 minuites each time.My local mechanic if i go back to the main dealer i might end up paying for expensive parts i dont need.Anybody got some advice.Cheers Pat Mc Carthy.

waltz it back to the stealer and tell them it just aint working and to fix it under warranty. You paid money in good faith! Advise them that they are not to fit any new parts until you've approved it. Gives you time to check on here if its bullsh*t you're being fed!
