Central locking gone crazy

Hi all….. my first post. Bought a 1999 P38 V8. When driving the central locking will just open and close by itself. I have to open doors manually with keys as needs new batteries for remote, so not sure if that’s anything to do with it.
Wondering if anyone else has had this or any advice would be welcome…. Thanks Lee

You have whats commonly known as "ghost locking" and other names, and is very common.
Its to do with the micro switches in the drivers door lock.

There is also a good member who refurbs them but hes away working at the moment.
