Tyre size effect speed reading?

Hi All, just put some Grabber AT2 235/85 r16 on my td5...the question, is does this effect my speed reading? I have checked some sites and all give me different results! :confused:
 
As far as your speedo goes, the bigger the tyre the slower it reads and the smaller the tyre the faster it reads.
