Tyre pressure 18 inch alloys

I run my TD5 90 with 18 inch alloys and BF Goodrich All Terrain 265/65 tyres... should I stick to recommended tyre pressures?

30psi is always a good starting point.

I run my tyres @ 45psi on road and around 15psi off road (or at least when they start to slip in the mud/snow I do)

You could always try the "Chalk Test" if you are that bothered, easy for me to say as I can't be bothered anyway.
