L322 Turbo looking suspicious

Evening all yet another query with my 04 TD6, Today i've been having a poke around and doing some service bits and bobs and decided too have a peak at the turbo, the first thing too stick out was the oil surrounding the bottom half of the unit as seen in the pictures, this oil seemed too be coming from the breather pipe attached too the inlet pipe and running down around it, but the one thing that has stood out is the what seems to be damage too the fins of the turbo on the outer sides , the damage looks worse on camera, there seems to be no free play in the turbo, it spins freely and is operating like normal, I'm very new too diesels so not too sure on this one, any help would appreciated
