Could i have a pm as well please mr ratty........Will have to put some sort of security on mine. I don't think a SORN counts for much lol

So, we've established steering lock and pedal lock would be a start. What about gear stick locks like xdefend - gear. Locks the gear stick to the tranny box lever. Comes with lock nuts to prevent unbolting of gear sticks apparently too.

I'd just go with the following

Get a proper Disklok. Adapt it if you can. Park on private drive, blocked in by other cars, steering on full lock - or if on road steering on full lock towards curb.

Put in a hidden fuel cut off switch or similar

Tracker if you can afford it and the vehicle is worth it to you.

Don't leave keys anywhere obvious in your house.

What about a removerable stearing wheel?

can be steered with mole grips!

Hello Ratty, could I have a pm to please

Ratty, can I get a PM also (you are very popular). My Land Rover was stolen out of my driveway. They broke the ignition and pushed it out of the drive. I know they didnt start it because it was right outside my bedroom door. Now that I have it back (thank you Suffox Police) I have a steering lock and one that goes around the pedals so I would be interested in knowing if I am secure. I know from reading these forums that it can be stolen again but I am hoping that I have enough of a deterance for them to go somewhere else.
