For sale discovery 3.9.v8 300 transfer box good condition , changed for
defender box due to larger wheels and tyres £70.Also distrbutor for a 3.9 pre serp only used for a week . P M me if interested.

Hi Mate
what is the ratio of the box and milage, been thinking about putting in a disco t/box in my 90.

shame you did'nt finish the lanes the other day, done some good ones after you went.

Hi the mileage on the speedo is 116,ooo its out of my 1996 standard disco ratio 1.2 .the standard 90 ratio is 1,4 .

Was it from the v8,if so are they any different, its going in a td5.

transfer box will fit def td5 but wont have hi/low switch and will need speedo gear swapping

hi/low switch does what? speedo should not be out by more than 10% though, eg: shows 40 but doing 44mph
