Gear selector position sorted





In a nice position for when im harnessed in and cant move

You can see the makings of the transfer selector too just gotta work out a bent lever from the bracket


Theres a trial on next weekend so theres a drive yo get it trial worthy

Having trouble with starting or not is the problem. Its currently starting in gear which I found out by almost being run over :doh:

Which wirw goes where to stop it from starting in gear on the auto box ???

Sorted it took the 2 black wires one to earth one to relay relayed a ignition start live from the key through the relay bish bash bosh sorted.

Transfer lever is done bar a knob.

Floor is back in

Another spark plug changed (killing them like dodo's ?? )

Still gotta finish the air intake 1 pipe and a filter and cover the rad and she's trial ready for the weekend

Just gonna check the regs 1 last time though

Well tonight we went testing in a farmers field in the village


Then dad decides he wants a go .....


It doesn't end well ...








So spent a hour riping it all apart again :doh:


On the plus side it goes like #### !!! The rollcage definately works
There are NO leaks and it doesnt get hot and I get a set if challenge wings

Extreme testing

That's not good that all that hard work hope dad is paying for the new wings and parts.

Yeah was fine at least he was strapped in had to climb out the passenger side though

Challenge wings are being made by tornado motorsport and will be ready tomorrow

Meanwhile ive tightened a few bits up decided im just going yo cover the rad in a tarp to cover it untill I can make a proper cover from ali sheet.

And tonight started knocking up some rock sliders to protect me sills

Your front hoop doesn't seem to be in any spreader plates not even 3mm??

Does it comply I mean have you got it log booked ??

The outriggers have been completly plated in 6mm
Not log booked yet

Yea as long as they fit the dimension regs

Good just wanted to check before I welded to the cage. Them being removable makes no diffrence as long as the profile is the same right ?
