Tow bar with gas?

Hi all has anyone got gas conv with gas tank where old petrol tank was and got a tow bar fitted aswell?
If so any probs fitting?
Is it a standard tow bar?

ive got towbar and gas tanks in the wheel well of my p38, dunno what car you got but if the towbar wouldnt affect the original tank then it shouldnt efect the gas tank either!

Doh:doh: forgot to say disco 2.
It looks like it will be a tight fit as gas tank a bit more bulbus!

The standard fit when a tow bar is fitted is for a 35lt tank at the front and a 30 at the rear. This is for a D2.

You can have twin torpedo sill tanks on the Disco 2 and keep the petrol capacity. We have 47litres available capacity from twin tanks, gives us about 140-160 miles, depending on driving conditions.

Going to add 110litre tank in the back as well.

I have twin 40l tanks where the fuel tank used to be and a 25 petrol tank the tow bar seems to 'wrap around' them .
I'll try to get photo and post it
