Anyone know the torque wrench settings for alloy wheel nuts on Boost alloys for Defender 300tdi?
Haynes book of lies says 108nm for steels, 130nm for alloys and there is another one for HD steels such as wolf wheels, 150nm.
I used to use haynes for years. Always thought they were better than Autodata(how old do I sound!!)
I took my details from the 300Tdi workshop manual from Landrover. I guess we'll leave Haynes and Landrover to battle out 8Nm?
I always say Copper grease(Copper ease and copper dab always sound a bit compromising(Not heard of copper coat)I like that one) Lol

To be honest, I would believe LR over Haynes anyday, Haynes told me to do something on my A-frame up to 200+ nm - which promptly sheered my new genuine parts bolts
Off topic I know, is Autodata still available?
