Torque converter dilemma.

So ive had the dreaded cow grid shudder and did a quick fix last year by changing the transmission oil and putting in mr tranny additive. A year on and 9000 miles later its slowly comming back, so I gave decided to change the Tc. My dilemma is cost, is it best to buy a TC for £870 or £350. Both are guaranteed 12 months, why the difference in price.

The original lasted 12 years which is far more than the guarantee it came with - it wasn’t a cheap one
