Tong on Sunday?

Going to Tong on Sunday,taking my camera and will post some pics.Anyone else going?

I will be there in my black D reg 90 its Open 10am till 4pm.

Yeah try to aim to get there for about 9-9.30

There's usually a queue to sign on, so if you're early you can get going at 10.

Also, if you finish a bit early you don't have to queue as long for the jetwash.

It's a great site, weathers looking ok n all!

had a great day. need a winch desperately,though having said that only needed a pull once,when i got the front out of the ruts in a downhill 90 with nowhere to go and no way back. only broke it once when i managed to bust the oil filter but a quick trip to motorsave for oil and filter saved the day.
have been to tong a few times over the years,even done enduros on the bikes when i was younger,and had almost forgot how good it is. will put some pictures on tomorrow from Al's camera.
all in all a great day out and very well organised(read sensible)would recommend for anyone from newcomer to seasoned off roader.

i also overheard someone in the paddock asking about for an oil filter, it must have been you! must admit i lol'd a bit!

Yeah it took me a few attempts to get up there aswell. I didn't go app the way back though, just rolled to the bottom of the steep bit and kept trying!

Managed after a few hits!

4 attempts,the last one bust the filter. so close,but yet so far! front springs are a bit tired so i'm going to change them ready for next time.
