Tommys Discovery suicide hill challenge!

Hi I just found this on youtube:-

Tommy is quite the character as he attempts some "unorthodox offroad driving techniques" its funny as hell to watch! theres a series of them on youtube but this one was my favourite.

Please feel free to post any more "interesting" clips of Landys up to similiar shananigans.

Funniest offroad vid ive seen in a while! He sure is determined! The guy looks a little bit geeky but he is determined to push his vehicles ability to its limits. He clearly carefully judges each obstacle in his path and asseses what needs to be done. He is nothing short of a legend and if i ever meet him im gonna buy him a pint. Its painfull to watch a disco slowly killed but kinda cool, and that guy who is filming it has the worlds most annoying voice!

BUNCH OF LITTLE RICH BOY ****ERS! They're the very people who'll be running the country in a few years, they're ideal candidates I reckon.

Would love to see them trying the same in daddy's rangie and daddy turn up with his belt in his hand - or a 12bore, either's good for me..............

i'd guess it's up to them what they do to their disco - the engine sounds shagged and from it's age i'd suggest it was riddled with rust - so why not have a bit of fun with it before it goes to the scrappy

They arent rich kids, look at the other vids. I think as said its just another old disco ready for the scrappers. On one vid he manages to bend the body. I still reckon Tom is a legend, regardless of what anyone else says.

And you have every right to express your opinion but just don't expect everyone to agree with it.

I think it's a shame to see things being destroyed "just for fun" and I don't see the people doing it in the light "legends". More like silly tossers.

Complete waste of a car!! what a load of gob****es!!! fair enough the engine may sound knackered but it could of had a decent gearbox axles and a load of usable parts that could of been used to put sum1 elses pride and joy and put it back into its former glory!!!

Heh. He's a tosser who found the loud pedal and difflock. No finesse, barely any skill, just doing stupid stuff that 'normal' drivers wouldn't do because he's screwing an old Disco to death. Not a legend, closer to a tosser ....

No problem with him doing what he wants with an old banger, we all did it as kids, but that's not good, or legendary driving, that's just being a destructive kid.

shame that will go to a scrappy, all the useable parts on it could go to good use on another car to keep it on the road, we all should have a duty to recycle what we can especially fellow landy owners

Have you seen the one where Tommy recovers the Defender out of a mud hole? don't forget to duck as the shackle comes flying at you!!

Good stuff, as previously stated, Tommy is a legend. I would love to go out offroadin with him! As for knuckle draggers, i would point out that they warn people to stand back away from the danger, and Tommy does abort an uphill climb to make way to bikers.. All good fun and highly amusing.

Yes whilst we all would love to trash a Landy for fun with not a care in the world, most of us live in the REAL world where we spend time, blood and money to keep them running sweet, and we actually cherish our Landy's.
