Todays work

List of jobs done today (i'm well chuffed)

1. New intercooler hose (90 degree bend one)
2. Cleaned load of crap of out EGR - now looks like new
3. New air filter
4. Fitted new BMW type internals for crankcase breather
5. Fitted RoverRons Synergy 2 box thingy

The difference (even without the synergy) is amazing, it revs much more freely and pulls stronger in gear, and then using the Synergy it just goes even better! To say that i am amazed is an understatement.

Now to give it a wash and fill her up with Shells finest and some Millers diesel power ecomax.

Good man!! It did make a huge difference to mine when I did all that. More people should do it and make the car a better driving machine.

Just worried about where i have the Synergy box (alongside the battery closest the block) i'm not sure how waterproof it is! - or if it gets wet there for that matter

i have put my synergy unit in the fusebox next to the battery , , just fits in and out of sight,

I've had a prod around today but cant really see where it can go, can you mail me a piccie please? also what setting are you using had it up to 3 today and it's puffing out a bit of smoke under load (only noticed thanks to a guy in black mondeo behind me...)
