Hi guys and girls
I have a problem with black smoke under load, I have replaced all of the intercooler hoses and the vacuum hoses with silicone ones, even the small one that is on the turbo small end on one side and bigger on the other end pig to do. Still smoke took manifold off cleaned inside like new now horrible job new gaskets etc.
Still smoke, cleaned EGR , took intercooler off cleaned, still smoke changed pressure sensor leaking put new one in fixed still leaking.
Did full service changed the crankcase breather with BMW one still smoke, can the regulator cause this and or injected? Weird thing is it goes like stink pulls in every gear no loss of power just this black smoke.
Help would be greatly appreciated !! Thanks Geoff
