Hello,
I'm looking at replacing my tires with new ones but i have a small dilemma. I've been running 265/75/16 BFG MT KM1s and pretty much the same size Simex'. I've got a 110SW with a 3 inch OME kit fitted, so the 265 flex very well without ever touching.
Now, i'm tempted to replace them with 285/75/16 or 255/85/16. Considering that the truck will have a 60% on road/40% off it working plan, these were the two i managed to narrow it down to. So basically... expeditions, soft off road and day to day work trips.
Has anyone fitted those on their trucks? Do you know if they will fit without the aid of an angle grinder? I expect they might rub against stuff, the front when turning and the rear when flexing. Ideas? Experiences?
