I took the back ones off today, 5 out of the 6 bolts undid. Bit of paint where they were and looks good. Didn't take a pic but the plan is to spend most of Saturday working on the beast and hopefully finish the brakes and even get the fuel tank in.

Yes I would love to actually drive it on the road as since I bought it it has never been on the road. Big push to get it done but the engine is coming back out soon as the seals have gone with all the work and having been stood for year's, but I have solved the problem by buying another 3.5 efi currently working and on the road in a friends 90 trialer. Best of luck with yours and with cleaning the drive for the sale.

:lol:Yeah cheers!!! :p I'll just get the pressure washer on it do the best I can.

Thanks mate, I'm pretty close now I think and I've got some holiday coming up pre house move so praying I can get it finished then

Also just a quick question. The workshop you currently have was full of some plastic blue drums before you cleared it. Does your boss use a lot of these? and do they have sealable lids?

Ye still got the drums. I'm not happy for them to be used as they are old and brittle now and had some fairly nasty stuff inside them. I have some lids if you just want them.

The boss told me to rigorously go over a trailer at work, take anything off that needed attention and list all the bits needed so they could be ordered before the weekend. This was the result

Think the bill is well into 4 figures

Me an Stu have been busy today, got the back axle back on with the genuine panhard rods.

We got all the brake lines finished, even got the rear sat on wheels.

Then we finally pulled the drilled kockey sticks off the front as they are debatable regs.

Unfortunatly we found we needed new chassis end bushes, plus desoite having 2"+ front brake hoses the front shock travel was too long, so we decided it will need standard shocks.

The back axle is now done all bar cable tying the brake hoses on, bleeding them and fitting the diff guard.

The front needs the radius arm bushes then that can go on, shorter dampers  and the breather pipe fitting oh and bleeding.

Both need oil as well.

Fooking hell this list is never ending.

You could fit early 90 radius arms they're later rear bush bigger dia and has the narrower front bushes for your axle ??

Yeah no worries. . I am looking to make a bio diesel plant in my new garage and I have access to steel drums but they do rust. The acid eats them away after a bit. But those blue plastic ones I think would work a treat... bit I the future but keepingan eagle eye out for stuff :D

Where are you based, might be able to help.
