Update - will has put me in touch with a specialist, just waiting for the garage to put mine back together and hopefully get it transported over there tomorrow.

well they wont pull his trousers down & spank him in public it basically is what it is good or bad,mine goes no where else than where ive recommended,i cant remember not owning a range rover & ive seen all the so called repairers in the past some should be comedians tbh

all i know so far till i speak to them tomorrow, is engine has ceased!

So how come at one place it is turning over like a Singer Sewing machine and now it has seized??

Is this assessment carried out by Wil's recommended garage??

tbh I think you now need to go back to the garage who changed the battery & pushed it outside to discuss your options on how to resolve this problem...after all it went in there running,you have taken it to is it 3 independent garages for advice & inspection so they cant all be wrong especially the latter

yes the garage will recommend have been great

what I'm told is the guy who sold me the car has been driven hot, fine on day i brought it, and basically they have put a camera down the bores and there all scored and scorched!

just one of those things live and learn

now to decide if to fit a new engine

Not sure but you could bank on 25-40 hours dependingon experiance!!
