Hi peeps, Did my spill pipes and fuel shut off solenoid a few weeks ago. Put a bit of Gunk on the motor and washed it off with a low pressure hose. As a couple of members know, shortly after the diesel check light came on and the motor was gutless. Sometimes the light went out and it was back to its former self power wise. Inlet manifold off and airline and contact cleaner used on all connectors to no avail, still had the intermitant light fault. Diagnostics came up with "injector begin sensor" but as the car was running perfectly before the baptism I put it down to water ingress. After such a long time and it not drying out I replaced the No4 injector and bugger me, all sorted. just like to say thank you to Wammers and Mozz for being sounding boards and talking about this problem with me.
