Hi all,

with the advent of the warm weather I've noticed that my driver's window - as in the glass itself - 'ticks' when its fully up until it settles.

I'm assuming that this is due to dry rubber and (thankfully) dry glass. Does anyone recommend any 'lubricant' to put on the window seal to stop it doing this or is some minor surgery required/

Do not use Vaseline or any other petroleum jelly, they'll rot the rubber.
A little rubber grease or silicone on the rubber might help. A bit of serious glass cleaning might help with Nilglass, T-cut or it's specialist glass equivalent.
Essentially it's not the glass catching on the rubber, it's the dirt in the glass on the dirt in the rubber, plus a bit of age and wear.

Don't think it's that Data. It's at the top of the frame: window operation is fine, no problems.

No, what I meant was it's not from the regulator, it's literally the window ticking at the top of the door frame.
