Freelander 1 there anyone have idea to solve this problem?

freelander 2004 v6
my problem with tailgate window , before i have problem in wire and replace it, but yesterday i founded new problem the gear inside motor to transfer motion to bully, it was broken, how? i do nor know :-(
but i bought second hand one and crack again ( as photo )

there is any good new idea to solved this problem?

Stress cracking by the looks of the images. Looks like the plastic being the weaker part of the mechanism was struggling to take the strain of the motor with a seizing cable. Possible to repair if the a kit for cable and parts include gear also. But a new replacement maybe you better option if no access to scrap vehicles offering a good replacement parts.

i searching on ebay and Aliexpress not found coupling gear , if you know from where please tel me ?
