What kinda precautions are you lot taking to keep ur pride and joy from being stolen?

Just been looking through the stolen section and im amazed at how many are being stolen.... What kinda percentage get found/recovered?

Do a search. Theres many threads up.

I've got Disklok, adrenalin pedal lock, after market alarm imobiliser, a battery isolator and when at home heavy duty padlock on drive gates and a euro box parked infront of said gates ............ And am still crappin meself
Had a 90 stolen 18 mths ago and like most was never found

similar to what i have and yes i'm still relieved when its there when i get home!

I'm lucky with my series as at home it is blocked in by another car round a tight corner.

When I take it out it's never really left by itself for that long, just when I nip in to shops and stuff. I do have a few locks I put on it though. I wish I could get a chain through one of the wheels but there isn't a big enough gap.

I can see this thread getting me worried

I have mine wired into the mains. If I find a burnt body lying beside the Landy in the morning I will just bury it in my garden.

He's not too bad, 30kg of dry food lasts about 6 weeks or so, and that's for the big fella, 2 terriers and the cat (who thinks she's a dog). There's nothing goes in the bin in our house either

That's one big dog. I bet it takes a big carrier bag to clean up after.

I think you landy is safe with him on board.

Terrier may show more aggression, but the big fella maybe a better visual deterrent.

Going to fit a pedal box and battery isolator with removable handle plus an alarm...... Considering wiring it to the mains at night <<<< This bit is a joke.

I saw a bloke in the pub not so long ago who showed me his anti theft, was a home made bear trap. Bolted around the handle in the back door. So when the people do what they do they get a bunch of rusty nails to keep them there... Looked fantastic. And well.... Painfull lol

mines only a disco so alarm immobiliser, have bolts in the drive for my ramps so I chain the arse to the floor if I leave it for a while!
