I love watching these programmes where they polis chase all the scrotes around in stolen cars. It amazes me at how lean the sentences are when they tell you what happened afterwards. It appears stealing a car, joy riding, police chase, write off and damage to public property gets you a ban - sometimes a short sentence or a Community Order whatever that is?

C'mon I'm not an ogre....hamstringing would be enough

Catch the offender. Ask a willing landy man to help (im sure there's plenty). Gaffa a palm size stone in each hand hold the fivin bu@@ers hands down in front of front wheels of a vehicle (lets say a landy). Engage low box first gear. Let clutch out on tick over. Wait for fourth bump. At this point stop, go in reverse to see what you might of run over. Wait for fourth bump. Select hi box, let your willing landy man into passengers side. Then drive off asap.
