Hi, yes they are a nice wheel and set the car of just right, I had been looking around on the bay for a set of 19s and came across this set, they were actually brand new and had never been fitted to a vehicle, they were also shod with tyres so I put a cheeky bid in of £120 and 2 days later the seller accepted my offer and he also delivered them from London to Oxfordshire for nothing. I should have bought a lottery ticket that day.
19" on a P38? Not homologated and may count as a mod for insurance purposes. Would be an MOT failure here in France withe new MOT.

It dies happen mare, don't make it easy for the scumbags.;):D
I’m not saying it doesn’t happen. But seeing as you have to “display” the number plates whenever on a public road. Keeping them hidden is somewhat challenging.

I have dashcam footage with plenty of vehicles displaying number plates. At least 2 hours of footage and probably several thousand cars every day.

TV news programs also have no issue filming cars on the roads and not obscuring the number plates. Nor do car mags with pictures of shows and car gatherings.

Happened to me years ago. First I knew about it was the police turning up on my door claiming I'd been in a hit and run. Fortunately I was in work at the time with about 100 witnesses.
I had a speeding ticket in the post from up Liverpool way. The fact that I was in the company car park in Worthing witnessed by other staff at the time eventually convinced them it was not me. I did have to threaten to go to court though.
