Ive got two issues in the go at the moment, both of which i have open threads on. I have a noisy ACE system which sounds like its ticking when engine is at idle speed, the frequency of the tick increases with RPM and the zystem now drones noisily on cornering. Other issure is engine vibration, slight but its there and having had on diagnostics injector balance is off slightly so a new injector going into #4 this weekend. Ive just been out freeing and greasing all the bolts on ACE components to ensure no cock ups as i intend to order and fit ACE removal kit. Just thinking before I order.......is it likely that this noisy ACE system is being transmitted from the engine to the ACE pump by the belt?? I worked the opposite way and removed belt to eliminate ACE and other auxiliarys as source of vibration on engine. Both issues did arise at the same time
