The dreaded creak problem

Hi guys,
Just got a '99 freelander 1.8 petrol with the creaking at d.s.rear subframe...I've read the brilliant posts and as suggested got underneath and prised a bar between the rear subframe and chassis where it bolts on...Sure enough the creak is there...so what I am asking is if there is anyone near Ashton-u-lyne, manchester who can drop the subframe and weld a plate on for me...Theres no way I'm going to the dealers or a mechanic who isnt familiar with freelanders..Thanks gents

I've read the various fixes required but am not competent enough to do the work myself. I really want to know if there is anyone/mechanic near me that does the work involved.
