Terrafirma wheel arch extensions

Anyone has the terrafirma wheel arch extensions ? Was there any cutting of the arch itself to straighten the edges or did I get a knock off brand ? The edges where the screw holes are was very uneven I had to cut to try and get them mounted straight , I purchased the all makes brand are these lower quality arches than the terrafirma ? Any help would be appreciated I would like to know if to buy another set of a better quality?

Buying cheap has it price? Is it going to save you anything. what is your time worth, the extra work to fit them, instead of good quality first.

terrafirma is allmakes, as allmakes is terrafirma, all one big brand, don't know abbout quality difference tho between the 2, had a few allmakes belts that didn't fit tho......
 
i fitted theese to my 90 they were off fleabay i bought the cheaper ones 1st and they broke very quickly,theese were the newer unbreakable ones and they certainly took some beatings and stood up well

any problems mounting them ? is it straight forward ? the terrafirma was a pain the edges had to be cut straight . what brand are those on your van ? looks pretty good ?

only cutting i had to do was to the body work just to trim some of the metalwork away to make it look tidier,arches fitted lovelly and went straight on

if ya look at the photo you can see black spray paint on th front and rear arches thats the amount i had to trim off,i painted it black just to hide the white showing before i resprayed the 90..hth
