GREAT NEWS ITS STARTED
Turns out to be the high pressure fuel hose and fuel return hose were connected the wrong way round to filter.
The amazing thing is I bought this car like that and it was running fine till now cause as soon as I changed the fuel filter I got air in the system and no matter what you can not purge the system.
The other point of interest is that once i figured this out the purging still did not work cause the tank was 1/4 full, so I added 20 litres from a jerry can, bringing it up to 1/2 tank. then after a bit more purging it fired up.............. yeah.....
