TD5 wipers not touching windscreen

Hi all,my windscreen wipers are not touching the windscreen properly seems like the springs are weak or the pivots have gone stiff.

Is there an easy fix for this or does it mean getting some replacement wiper arms,or even fitting some differant arms from another model?

Mine did that is was just all this frost that did it for mine, try pulling the wiper of the screen and just work all the joints on the arm and blade, that all i did with mine (then thay was fine) and go from there.

Could be a tired spring.......like jo7n said try working the joints a little, apply a bit of greece. Won't do any harm.

Mine do this, makes me laugh massively every time. I just planned to replace the wiper arms at some point.

Mine have done the same too while its been frosty. Since the thaw they have gone back to normal.

Mine do this all the time the passenger is worse than the drivers side. Anyone changed the springs?

Proper Land Rover TD5 blades will bend to fit the screen. Alternatively install TDi 300 arms and blades.

Make sure they are not for a defender,as there wind screen is more vertical

mine did that . aplied some wd40 and moved the arms backward and forward a few times and not had a problem since.
