td5 valve block

well this air suspension is doin me head in im gettin tired of lyin under the thing spraying soapy water ,the airbags have been replaced so the only thing it could be is the valve block as anyone found a supplier for these as ive replaced comp any help out there

You've not yet stated the problem you're encountering so I can only guess, but if you have ensured that the are no air leaks ANYWHERE, then maybe you need to look at the ride height sensors.

But if you want useful responses, then maybe it would help if you post in the fullest possible detail, the problem you are encountering?

cos as you've sprayed soapy water all over and no bubbles there could be other issue... describe the symptom and maybe you get some good tips

good idea

well everyday i use it next day its on its arse:boom:not down one side ,can,t hear air escaping had airbags replaced new compressor ,disconnected height sensors no change read every thread to do with suspension ,seems the only thing u can,t check is valves so thats what im thinking .

Well there certainly is one thing you could try: with the engine running and the suspension at it's normal height, get underneath and disconnect each ride height sensor arm from it's mounting (whilst leaving the electrical connecter intact) and manipulate each and watch what happens with the suspension height.

Did you check for leaks around the valve block and around the air inlets on the new bags?

when did you disconnect the sensors?...recently or before you started to seek the fault... cos by disconnecting them the calibration could be lost and the whole system mixed up...

if it's a leak, especially at the valve block it must generate bubbles with soapy water...the pipes too cos they used to leak aswell

...as if you've sprayed all over the place and no bubbles IMO you'll waste money on a valve block without being certain about the fault... if the car is in your yard or garage disconnect the battery over night or if it's outside unplug the valves in the compressor housing... if it will not drop this way you'll know it's a management issue... if it drops and no bubbles whatsoever there is the chance that the valves are not closing well and it looses air backwards through the compressor, quite unlikely but possible

ok the sensors where disconnected as part of a management fault find with testbook [local lr garage] they found airbag leak, replaced next day it was on its arse

so not confident with garage they told me they did soapy water test on everything but just in case they were fibbing i went over everything again ,even put old airbags in fishpond and pumped them up[no leaks]so thats where i am so far 260pounds out of pocket and a sorry looking disco
