Afternoon team.

Working on my old mans D2 today as the back end drops overnight to the bump stops.

Airbags replaced a few months ago did not solve the issue, and the compressor itself packed up so that has also been replaced (compressor only, valve block remained).

We obtained a used replacement valve block and fitted today, but note that on fitting and airing back up, air is leaking from the rear plug section of each solenoid. Using leak spray it is coming from the seal behind the plastic clips, just before the electrical connectors.

On swapping back, the old unit does the same.

Is there a way to purchase a set of replacement O rings for this assembly, or is this normal?

Thanks in advance!

Back on this old subject again. Replaced the valve block with a used one which made the dropping occur more slowly but would still drop eventually.

We ordered a "new" one from an aftermarket supplier and the same problem occurred - huge amounts of air from the seal on the back of the passenger side valve, where the cap meets the body. Drivers side remained upright, passengers dropped to bump stops within an hour or so.

He's sending it back, but I'm curious to know if there is something I'm missing!

Hi. As long as you can see clearely the leak coming from the valve's body you are not missing anything unless you manage somehow to hurt that valve while you fit it

Thanks Sierra, was hoping you'd spot this 😂 I was as gentle as possible and we checked after we found the issue and the casing of the body is undamaged as far as I can tell.

We'll get another sent out and try again - 4th valve is the charm I guess!
